NICE CONDO wants you to take a seat. The studio’s stylish, made-to-order furniture is mischievous and sly, but serious about sustainability. The influences are far-flung—a bit Bauhaus, a tad Memphis—and the wood is closely sourced. The studio is Chris Held, co-founder of the New York Design Week exhibition JONALDDUDD, and Sara Graham, a writer and editor. They live in Philadelphia.
