MAURA WRIGHT picks and chooses. Taking inspiration from sundry sources, she creates vibrantly patterned earthenware vessels with a romantic edge. The result is a body of work that shows the full expressiveness of clay. Recently she has expanded to large-scale installations of painted paper and wood. She has held numerous residencies on two continents. She lives in Helena.
